We started this because we kept seeing the same thing
The businesses that make the Hudson Valley worth living in, the corner bookshop in Kingston, the family restaurant in Beacon, the wellness studio in Rhinebeck, were getting left behind. Not because they weren't interested in new tools, but because the people explaining those tools weren't talking to them. Every "AI consultant" we encountered was built for corporate clients with dedicated IT departments and six-figure budgets.
After spending years working in technology and process improvement, we kept observing the same gap: AI tools that could genuinely help small businesses were available and affordable, yet entirely out of reach in practice. A restaurant owner spending four hours each week on routine email. A real estate agent rewriting the same listing description over and over. A wellness studio owner managing client intake by hand each evening. These were straightforward problems with practical solutions, and we knew how to bridge that gap.
